We want you to love your KAJL pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

• Items must be returned in the original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@kajl.se with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability.
To request an exchange, contact us at info@kajl.se and we’ll guide you through the process.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards

• Sale items (if marked final sale)

• Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
